Our Rates
Booking Fee:

$25 per day per babysitter

Late Booking Fee: $30 if sent within 24 hours
Hourly Rates:

Daytime: $30 until 7 pm

Evening (7 pm to midnight): $25, afterwards $30

Note All rates are per hour and apply for up to three children and please note that if paid by invoice, prices will be subject to GST.

How it Works:
Booking Process
Upon receiving your inquiry, we will promptly invoice the booking fee along with a welcoming email.
Babysitter Assignment
We will reach out to our pool of qualified babysitters. A selected babysitter will accept your booking, and their profile, along with a child information document, will be emailed to you. This document ensures we have all the necessary details for your child's care. It will also be sent to the babysitter upon completion.
Introduction Call
Within 24 hours, the assigned babysitter will give you a call to introduce themselves and discuss any specific details related to the booking.
Payment
Payment for the babysitting service is made directly to the babysitter in cash at the end of the placement or by invoice.
Reimbursement Option
In the event that we are unable to fulfils your babysitting booking, you have the option to request a reimbursement of the booking fee.
Our Commitment
Mindful Corner strives to fulfil your babysitting requests. While we make every effort to find a suitable babysitter for you, we cannot guarantee availability in all instances.
Minimum Booking
To ensure the viability of the babysitting job, there is a minimum booking requirement of three hours.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs.
However, to maintain the integrity of our services, we have a clear cancellation policy in place:

12-24 Hours Notice: If cancellation occurs between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled booking, a charge equivalent to 2 hours of work will apply at the agreed-upon rate during booking.

Less Than 12 Hours Notice: For cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice, a charge equivalent to 4 hours of work will be applied at the rate determined during booking.
